Composite’s unique approach to the construction of prison houseblocks fully encompasses the use of modular construction. It enables us to provide turnkey solutions to meet our customers’ demanding requirements for quality, life expectancy and speed of construction.
Our precast concrete modules are produced under controlled factory conditions and, depending on the project, can include all necessary M&E services, windows, doors and finishes.
With such a high percentage of work carried out in the factory, the number of site personnel is reduced. This helps reduce on-site Health & Safety risks and overall security in what are very sensitive environments.
