Recruitment Bonus
The Company will pay a bonus of £2,500 to a member of staff who introduces a successful candidate for a vacancy, subject to the following conditions:
- All candidates introduced by existing staff must follow our normal interview and selection processes
- The successful candidate must take up the appointment and remain in post for at least three months
- No bonus will be payable if for any reason the candidate is not appointed, fails to take up the post, is dismissed, resigns or leaves the company’s employ before completing three months’ service
- No member of the senior management team may claim this bonus as recruitment of staff is considered part of their role
- Only one bonus will paid in respect of any one candidate. Introductions must be made in writing (or by email) to the Human Resources Manager. If a bonus is payable in respect of a successful candidate it will be paid to the first person to have introduced that candidate
- The bonus is only payable to employees who are still employed when the bonus becomes due
- The bonus is liable to PAYE and National Insurance and will be paid through the next available payroll after the successful candidate has completed the three-month qualifying period
