“I started at Composite 12 years ago as a Purchasing Clerk – today I am a Quantity Surveyor and have worked as a Buyer, Project manager and Estimator.  Composite is a great company to work for and they have supported me through a lot of training with good career progression.

Soon after joining the company, I studied my ONC in Business and finance and then HNC.  Although I studied in my own time, Composite paid for all the courses.  They then supported my ambitions to move into surveying and project management, finding the right opportunities for me in the company and allowing me to study for two year distance learning course in Quantity Surveying and my NVQ Level 5 in Construction project Management.

I am currently studying for my NEBOSH certificate in Construction Health and Safety and after this I plan to upgrade my RICS membership from an RICS Associate to MRICS.
